CONSERVATION PERIODS
The personal data collected will be kept in a manner that allows their identification only for the period necessary for the purposes of the treatment or for the period required by legal or regulatory rules, after which they will be definitively deleted.
The retention periods for personal data, according to each purpose of processing, are as follows:
Management of purchases and the commercial relationship: the data will be processed for the time necessary to manage the purchase of the products you have purchased, including possible returns, complaints or claims associated with the purchase of the product in question;

Claims management: up to 2 years after the claim or the resolution of the dispute, as applicable;

Direct marketing, namely for dissemination of products, promotional campaigns, products and events, through any communication channel: until the user requests its cancellation, freely and at any time;
Management of contact requests and clarifications, namely to answer them: the data will be kept until 5 years after your request has been answered;
Registration of the user on the site, at his request: until the user cancels his registration, freely and at any time.
USERS' RIGHTS
The user may, at any time and free of charge, exercise their rights of access, updating, rectification or erasure, opposition, limitation and portability of their personal data, using the contact form available on the site or by written request to the email address hello@homeforyoudesign.com.
